TROPICAL-TINI
A riff on the Passion Fruit Martini. The popular late night cocktail. Short, fruity, sweet!

Ingredients:
- 50ML Connie Glaze Slow Sand Filtered Vodka
- 20ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (Passoa)
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- Sparkling wine to top
- GARNISH: 1/2 a Passion Fruit
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker with lots of ice
- Shake hard until deeply chilled
- Double Strain into a chilled coup
- Either top with the Champagne or serve on the side in a shot glass
- Garnish with the half of passion fruit, floating on the top
