LEMON SHERBET SOUR

Ingredients:
- 50ML Connie Glaze Lemon Sherbet Vodka
- 25ML Lemon juice
- 25ML Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- GARNISH: Lemon twist
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add crushed ice and shake again, double strain into a chilled coupe or tumbler glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
