AUTUMN ADRIFT SPRITZ
Autumn riff on the Lemon Sherbet Spritz. Created by the brilliant bar team at the Harbour Hotel Padstow.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Connie Glaze Lemon Sherbert Vodka Liqueur
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Ginger ale
- 25ml Prosecco
- Dehydrated lemon wheel
Method:

Shake Connie Glaze Lemon Sherbert Vodka & Lemon Juice over ice in a Boston shaker.
- Strain into Martini Glass
- Top with ginger ale & Prosecco
- Garnish with Dehydrated Lemon wheel... and enjoy!
