Our Cornish take on the Summer Spritz

Ingredients:
- 75ML Connie Glaze Elderflower Vodka
- 75ML Soda Water
- SMALL HANDFUL: Fresh Mint Leaves (approx 8)
- GARNISH: Lime Wheel & Fresh Mint Sprig
Method:
- Gently scrunch the fresh mint leaves in your hands to lightly bruise it. Then pop into the bottom of a large wine glass. Add your Connie Glaze Elderflower Vodka and leave to infuse for 1 minute ✨✨✨
- Add Ice, then Soda Water. Then gently stir with a barspoon.
- Garnish and ENJOY! 🌿🌿🌿
